EPS starts as an electrical services contractor serving Egypt’s power generation and industrial sector — cable termination and jointing, testing and commissioning. The technical core built in those years is still the core of the company today.

Into the Gulf — Abu Dhabi
The business moves its base to Abu Dhabi to work directly alongside ADNOC and its EPC contractors. The UAE becomes the operating hub, and the scope widens from field service into managed manpower across the GCC — Saudi Arabia, Oman, Qatar and beyond.

Eng. Assem Ibrahim
As Chief Executive Officer, Eng. Assem Ibrahim leads EPS International's three integrated business units — Field Service, Manpower and Contracting — delivering electrical and EPC services to Oil & Gas, power generation and industrial clients across the GCC.
Eng. Assem Ibrahim sets the company's direction with a focus on safety, quality and in-country value, building long-term partnerships with operators and EPC contractors throughout the region.

Eng. Osama Khedr
Eng. Osama Khedr directs the Field Service Division, overseeing EPS's power cable, fiber optic and testing & commissioning teams — from termination, splicing and jointing to OTDR, VLF and DC Hi-Pot testing.
The division fields certified technicians and engineers with a fleet of specialist test equipment, deployed to projects across six countries.
